Kim has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I ordered the supersized paper cone wreath and asked Kim to custom-design the center of the "flower." She embellished the wreath according to the colors of the furnishings in the room it was to hang in. It is perfect. Kim kept me informed of the progress of the wreath throughout, sharing photos and information. Because of the size of the wreath, shipping it became a bit difficult. Kim went above and beyond to make sure the wreath arrived in perfect condition, going so far as to build a custom shipping carton to protect this fragile piece of art.

This journal is absolutely stunning. I love the colors of it and it was packaged so beautifully with a extra special surprise and a hand written note. Kim had great customer service and earlier in the summer when I requested more pictures she gladly sent me them. Thank you very much, I'm going treasure this journal. 🤗
