Welcome to The Happy Curator shop! I hope you see something you love! My own creations are from post-consumer materials, whenever possible. I also carry some vintage items... please peruse at your leisure. I am always available to answer your questions via the "conversations" feature on Etsy regarding any of the merchandise seen here. USD via PayPal, check, or money order drawn on a United States bank. If a personal check is used for payment, the ordered item will ship within two business days of the check clearing. If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipment, any monies received will be promptly refunded. If the item has already shipped, you will need to return ship the item(s) to me at your expense. When I have received the returned merchandise, your money will be promptly refunded.
Items are shipped within three business days of receipt of payment via USPS. If you wish to have an item shipped outside of the U.S., please contact me and I will happily research the shipping costs to your address. If you wish to have an item insured prior to shipping, please contact me, and I will be happy to research and inform you of applicable additional charges to insure your merchandise.

**If five or more bottle vases are ordered, a flat rate shipping charge of $20.00 will be applied. Items will be shipped via USPS first class rate, NOT Priority Mail.

I ship my merchandise in "like-new" post-consumer boxes. Whenever possible, glass merchandise will be first packaged in a styrofoam box, then reboxed in a cardboard box. I encourage you to reuse or recycle the packaging and hope you join me in reducing our carbon footprint together.
Refunds and Exchanges
Dissatisfied with what you've bought from The Happy Curator shop? I will happily refund your purchase price and the initial shipping cost within two weeks of purchase if you are not satisfied. Your return will be processed as soon as the returned merchandise is received. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Purchase price of any damaged merchandise received will be happily refunded within two weeks of receipt. Requesting a photograph of the damage will help me in avoiding future shipping pitfalls and must be received prior to processing returns for damage occurring in shipment. If the damage appears to result fom my packaging, your shipping costs will be fully refunded in addition to the cost of the merchandise. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, if applicable. Ideally, the photograph verifying the damage would suffice for the return.
