Returns and exchanges
I strive to be as completely honest as I can with regard to the description and condition of each item and each item is sold as is. If you find you are not satisfied or that the item has been grossly misrepresented, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of item so we can discuss options. All return item shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment
Paypal is preferred, with payment made within 3 days. If you are unable to pay within 3 days, or would like an item, but are unable to pay with Paypal, please contact me to discuss options.
Shipping
- Shipping has been calculated based on the weight of the item. I've tried to be as accurate as possible, however if your shipping paid exceeds the actual cost of shipping by more than $2, I will refund the excess.

- All orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared. If there is a delay in shipping, I will be sure to let you know. All textile items will be shipped inside Tyvek envelopes. All printed matter will be shipped with reenforcement to prevent bending.

- Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

- My household is a smoke free house, however we do have 2 cats. Cats are kept away from the kimono. However, since all kimono items originate from Japan, I have no control over how they were originally stored or what they were originally exposed to.
