This ring is beautiful - simple, well designed, and beautifully made (unlike some available online here, no rough edges, no flaws, no imperfections , polished to a tee with great care). I will wear it as a pinky ring - and I love to mix metals when I wear jewelry, so this is perfect (and even better than I expected - and I have high standards.). Also, Kim is great to work with - she patiently exchanged messages with me (and found “finger models”for extra photos to send) to help me get sizing just right. I will definitely be back for more.

Kimsgemz ~ Inspirited, Artisan, Metaphysical one of a kind handmade jewelry.
I am basically obsessed with rocks and gems, every rock has good energy to me. Growing up in Arizona, I was always picking up rocks from desert back packing trips with my Dad. He bought me a rock saw and grinding unit in my late teens, where I dabbled with cutting, shaping and polishing the many stones I had collected. The silver came a few years later, in my early twenties, way before the internet. Using the most basic and traditional techniques, I crudely taught myself how the process works.
Silver has become my passion and my work continues to evolve to this day. My designs are sketched freehand on silver sheet and cut with a jewelers saw. Each piece is truly from my heart and soul inspired by the natural beauty of the gems themselves.
I finally took the plunge and officially turned Kimsgemz into a business in the fall of 2014. (paperwork, taxes, yikes) My primary venue is at the Gilbert Art Walk, in the historic district of Gilbert, October - March. I also belong to the Artists of the Superstitions and participate in their studio tours. My feedback from that has been amazing and I am so ever thankful for the support of my family and customers whom I have bonded with so much.
When I am not making jewelry I am probably thinking about making jewelry but the other hats I wear are Wife, Mom, Flight Attendant, Runner, Outdoor Nut, Halloween Nut, and a Cat Nut too.
