Hello, welcome to my shop. My name is Kimberly and I am an artist living in SC. My work is closesly related to nature and I am always looking for new things to create. Currently I'm focusing on recycled paper jewelry and nature inspired prints. I do take custom orders on the jewelry, so feel free to request an item!
I accept PayPal. PalPal is really great as you can also use any major credit card even if you don't have (or want) a PayPal account. Your credit card information remains secure! I prefer payment upon approval, but within 48 hours is my maximum. If payment is not received within a 48 hour period, I reserve the right to re-list the item and cancel your transaction. Please keep in mind that all items are handmade and therefore only so many can be produced. If you are not going to follow through, I could potentially be losing a sale with someone who would really like to buy the item.
Items not paid for within 48 hours will automatically be canceled. If you would like to purchase the item again, browse my store, purchase and pay for immediately to avoid cancellation.
Availability of Items:
All items listed have been made (with the exception of custom orders) and are ready to ship once you have purchased and paid for the item.
I love feedback!!!! I get excited when I have new feedback to read. I will be sure to leave you feedback as soon as I receive your payment. Please be sure to leave feedback once you have your purchase. It's really appreciated and also helps those who are considering buying from me to make a better informed decision.
Orders will ship in approximately 3 to 5 business days from purchase payment date. I will always ship to the address that is provided through Etsy unless otherwise noted. I will not be shipping to Paypal addresses unless it is noted on your Etsy checkout. I do not insure items, and I do not use delivery confirmation. These can be added for a small fee if you request it. I personally deliver all packages myself directly inside the post office. So once they leave my hands I am not liable for loss or theft.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you are not satisfied with your selections so that we can work out a happy solution. Please email me upon receipt of package so that I can resolve it quickly. A merchandise credit will be issued upon receipt of goods if a return is authorized.
I cannot accept earrings/hair accessories back, due to hygienic reasons. All other items should their be an issue, please contact me first to discuss. If the item is to be returned the cost of return shipping would be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Custom Orders: Unfortunately there are no refunds issued on custom orders unless their is a quality issue. If that is the case please contact me and we can work it out.
