I ordered this for our daughter, who was accepted into the Chief’s Mess 1/29/21. Scott from Kincaid Woodworking reach out to me in a timely manner as I requested it to be personalized. He sent me template as to what the finished product would look like same day. It was shipped out the next day. My daughter LOVED IT. I was really impressed with the quality of the piece. The lettering is actually engraved into the wood, not just printed on the wood. I would recommend this company and attest to the quality of the piece and the excellent customer service. My boyfriend asked me to mark out his name lol. SUCH A BEAUTIFUL piece of work. I’ve never seen craftsmanship like this before. I was taken aback by it in person. My boyfriend absolutely loved it. The seller was super nice, and sent me a proof before making it. I also loved how fast it got to me. It helped make this day very special for my boyfriend.
