If you are dissatisfied with your purchase contact me as soon as possible so that we can reach a resolution. In the event that a refund or exchange is arranged please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that once an item is left in the care of the carrier it is out of my hands. I cannot offer refunds for lost or damaged parcels. Contact me prior to purchase if you would like insurance to be added to your order.

All communication regarding purchases must take place through Etsy.

Please note: I work hard to provide accurate photos and honest descriptions of my vintage items, but I may occasionally overlook minor flaws. It is the nature of old objects to show beautiful wear after so many years passing from hand to hand.

I ship within 3 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on Thursday may not ship until the following Monday.

All listed shipping costs are estimated. Any shipping overcharges of $2.00 or more will be refunded.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
 I primarily use USPS. Once shipped it generally takes 2-3 business days to arrive, but please allow up to 9 business days.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Unless otherwise noted international packages ship USPS First Class International which DOES NOT include tracking. Once shipped it can take up to 3-4 weeks to receive your package.

 Any customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. Thank you for understanding!

Concerning packaging materials (or, perhaps, an explanation for the ugly box you have just received)

Orders are packed using as little excess materials as possible and are typically sent in previously used boxes. I will occasionally use a new box if the item is irregular in size or a Priority Mail Flat Rate box if it cost effective.
