Frequently asked questions
What is your Lost Package Policy?
Lost and unreturned parcels are rare. Delays may occur during COVID and postal agencies are unable to guarantee any delivery times.
Standard and free shipping options DO NOT include tracking.
Shipping upgrades are available using the drop down menu at checkout.
For TRACKED shipping - If after 21 business days there is no update to your parcel whereabouts - we deem the package as lost and I will offer a full refund or replacement.
For replacements - Shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
For STANDARD SHIPPING with no tracking - I am unable to offer a refund for lost parcels. I can offer a replacement at 25% off the original price with the requirement of tracked shipping upgrade at the buyers expense.

How do I upgrade my shipping to speed post or priority?
There is a drop down menu on check out where you can select a shipping upgrade.
All shipments are sent with tracking.
All USA shipments are sent via UPS or USPS. Physical addresses are required for door to door delivery.
