Returns and exchange details
Shipping insurance and delivery confirmation are additional costs to the buyer and will only be obtained upon request and payment of the buyer.
International customers please note, I am happy to ship worldwide, however, any additional fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please also note that it can take up to a month to receive your item when shipping internationally (usually, it will not take nearly that long).

I strongly recommend all of my customers buy insurance for their packages, because it is out of my control during the transit and I can not be responsible for the problem during the shipment. Please contact us if you want to purchase insurance for your order right after your purchase.
