Thank you for shopping at my store. Please review my shop policies before you make a purchase. If you have any questions please contact me. If you are purchasing a gift and want me to ship directly to that person, I can do that. Leave me the information (name and address) at check out. I will include a gift card with any message of your choosing. My business card and a 'How to Care for Pottery' sheet are included with every sale.
Payment through Pay Pal, Etsy, or you can contact me to make other credit card arrangements.
I ship in North America only, at this point. Shipping stoneware pottery can become exorbitant to ship beyond.
I use UPS or USPS for my shipping and will give you the cheapest rate I can find. Express shipping can be arranged and the cost will reflect that.

You are responsible for giving me the proper mailing address.
I work hard to get packages out within two business days of an order. Once the package has been mailed I cannot reroute or intercept it. You will still be responsible for full payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Notify me immediately if work is damaged in the shipping process. You will need to send me a photograph and take the item to the post office to request a refund.
If you are not satisfied with the item I will gladly exchange it for you within 7 days of receipt for store credit. The customer is responsible for safe return of the item(s) and for shipping costs.
