Returns and exchange details
• NO cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds. I will replace your item if it is damaged or defective. I require a photo of the damage before I can refund or replace your mug.
• As always, please contact me if you have any questions or concerns via Etsy message prior to purchasing your mug.
• All emails will be answered within 24-48 hours.
• Information cannot be revised after I submit it for production. Please verify and double-check all information prior to submitting your order.
• IMPORTANT: If you are not completely satisfied, please give us an opportunity to make it right before you leave negative feedback.
• Please read my announcement for updates. Also, most questions can be answered in my FAQs.
• My goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Contact me and I will do everything in my power to correct the issue.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

*** Since everything in my store is made to order, some orders ship out quickly and some take a bit longer to make.
*** I will send out a confirmation email when you place your order and when your order is shipped and also give you a tracking number.
*** These products normally take about 3-5 business days to process BEFORE shipping out (longer during holidays).
*** The shipping address listed on your order is where it will be shipped. Please make sure this information is correct before placing your order.

A note on image licensing/copyrights: All of the images I've used in my patterns are my original design, were licensed legally by the original owner, are in the public domain, or came from websites that have no licensing restrictions. If you are the owner of one of the images and you believe that it was NOT licensed properly, PLEASE contact me and let me know, and I will take it down. I do not want to steal anyone's artwork!

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders

I am often asked if I will put curse words on mugs. I do so only at my personal discretion and reserve the right to refuse an order. Also, I will, under no circumstance, create a mug that is derogatory, hateful or unkind toward another person. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Please note that custom/personalized mugs are non-returnable.

Reshipping Mugs Returned for Wrong Address

I am happy to reship a mug that is returned to me, but you will need to pay the cost to reship, which is typically in the neighborhood of $9 -$10. Please check the address carefully before you check out so that it doesn't get sent to a previous address or an address that is one number off.

Care instructions

All mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. They are not oven-safe, however.

Wholesale availability

I offer wholesale pricing for orders of 36 or more of the same design. I will also give a discount for orders of 12 or more mugs of the same design that do not require individual packaging.

Refunds

I do not give refunds for items that are delayed due to USPS delays. Please note that present conditions at USPS are creating unprecedented delays, and that you may have to wait a significantly longer time for your package than what is typical. If, after a 30 day period, your package has still not been marked as delivered, I will consider this nondelivered and either reship your order or issue a refund.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide refunds for digital books because of their electronic/digital format.
