Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, I will accept returns of non-custom, physical merchandise (digital files, and custom/personalized orders not accepted for return) in its original condition, within 14 days(US)/30 days (Intl) and will refund the full purchase price.
Payment
I accept any form of payment through Paypal or with a domestic US check or money order.
Checks/money orders must clear before merchandise will be shipped.

California residents will be charged an additional 9.5% for sales tax.
Shipping
Shipping prices are estimated and may be lower than stated. If you are interested in purchasing a painting and would like a more accurate shipping cost, please message me to discuss. I'm also happy to provide a refund if, after you purchase, the actual shipping cost (including packaging, handling, fees, and postage) is lower than estimated.

I ship via USPS for both Domestic and International. Full insurance to cover your purchase in case of shipping issues is included in the shipping cost. I will not ship without insurance.

Unmatted paintings over 8x10" will be sent rolled in a tube, unless otherwise noted. Paintings 8x10" and under will be sent sandwiched in sturdy cardboard in a padded shipping envelope, unless otherwise requested.
Additional policies and FAQs
My shop and home are non-smoking and pet friendly. All of my products are stored in packaged in plastic and in closed cabinets and drawers to keep them away from the animals, but if you have a severe allergy please be aware.

Terms of Use: Graphics
Unless otherwise noted, sales of premade and/or custom graphics do not include a transfer of copyrights, or a license for commercial resale.

Purchased web graphics, graphic design, digital cards and invitations are for personal use only and may not be resold or relicensed to a third party in any form, nor may they be altered and resold. Reproductions and prints made from digital files may not be sold.
