For customers located in US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE - please note that the local postal services don't scan the tracking ID that I provide for each parcel, therefore for these countries parcels cannot be tracked on the international track & trace websites.

Shipping
The majority of my items will ship between 7 and 10 business days of cleared payment. For larger and custom orders there may be a delay of up to a week.
Please keep ordering times and shipping times in mind so as not to be disappointed! These are handmade items, custom made to your specifications. I do my best to meet your deadlines.
Business days are Monday to Friday but I do my best to accommodate my customers and get orders out as quickly as possible.
Items shipped outside Romania are subject to customs and procedures from other countries. This can take 2 weeks or longer for delivery, and even longer during peak holiday periods.
Please take that in to consideration when making a purchase.
I ship all my items WITH tracking no, but NO insurance. Insurance coverage is an additional charge. Please contact me for a quote. I am not responsible for lost of damaged packages after it leaves my shop. I also cannot guarantee an exact timeline for shipping once a package leaves my shop as each country's post office handles items differently and holidays or postal interruptions are not in my control.
However, customer service is important to me. Should anything detrimental happy during transit, please contact me and I will do my best to help resolve it.
