If you see an item that I’ve sold that no longer in the shop, message me. I may be able to make it again.

Returns and exchanges
No refunds will be issued once production has started or the item has shipped. Please be sure before placing your order.

If you for some reason are dissatisfied with your purchase please let me know. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis.

Refunds or replacements cannot be made on orders without tracking.

PayPal

PayPal is my preferred method of payment. If using PayPal payment is due at the time you confirm your order through the check out process.

You can always access your invoice by signing into Etsy and going to Your Etsy > Purchases; then clicking the "Invoice" link.

International Buyers: Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Shipping
When shipping I use the address you provide through Etsy, not PayPayl. Please make sure the shipping address you choose is correct.

United States Postal Service is my preferred method to ship. Whenever possible I ship same or next business day. Please note that I am usually unable to ship on Saturday.

If you prefer a different shipping method or have any special requests please contact me PRIOR to placing your order.

Combined shipping is available on orders for more than one item. Shipping costs automatically calculate as items are added to your cart. For international orders message me as the shipping calculates high.

Button and Pocket Mirror orders are shipped in padded envelopes with tracking.

Magnet orders are shipped in standard envelops with no tracking. If you want to add tracking or a padded envelope check out the Shipping section of my store.

Refunds or replacements cannot be made on orders without tracking.

Please allow the post office at least 14 days for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos.
