Great customer service and such a cute design. Be careful who you choose to print with however. The quality of print I received from Vista Print was less than desirable. The design Jessica sent me however was flawless and she even custom colored my invitations to match the colors of my wedding. I am not sure if she offers printing, but I might suggest taking her up on that offer if she does.

Hi! Thank you for shopping my store, Quinnysentials.

My passion for all things design and party planning have led to an array of party essentials in my shop. For invitations and all other paper goods, most of my listings are for digital files only. These are not paper products but computer generated files designed for you to print at your local printer, or even right at home.

All designs listed in my shop can be customized with different sizes, wording and colors. If you would like a completely different design convo me and we can discuss specifics. If it's something that I am able to do, I will create a reserved listing for you.

Accepted payment methods

Production on your item will begin once payment is confirmed.

I accept all payments made via PayPal and credit card. Payment is expected immediately upon checkout. If payment is not received within 48 hours of purchase, and no communication is made, the transaction will be canceled without notice. If an order has been placed by mistake, or if you have simply changed your mind, PLEASE contact me within 30 minutes of purchase to let me know.
For most paper goods, all items in my shop are digital, which means you print them yourself! Digital items are sent via e-mail as a PDF file. You can then have them printed as fast as you need. I can provide recommendations for printing.

All other items are shipped via USPS. Buyers may request alternate shipping arrangements. If additional postage is required, the buyer is expected to provide payment accordingly before shipment will occur.

Insurance and delivery confirmation may also be requested by the buyer, but, again, it is an additional expense in which the buyer is expected to provide payment accordingly before shipment will occur.
Refunds and Exchanges
For digital items, no refunds can be offered due to the nature of the work. However, I am willing to work with you to make sure you are 100% completely satisfied.

For physical items, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized items. I will exchange non-personalized items within 7 days.
Additional policies and FAQs
Proofs will arrive within 3-4 business days of placing your order and submitting payment. Once you receive the proof, please review it for wording, spelling errors and color. Prices include a maximum of 3 revisions -- please note each revision may take an additional 24-48 hours, depending on my current turnaround time. Please review your proof carefully and try to send all revisions to me at once, in a single email. This helps me get your final product to you as quickly as possible! If more than 3 revisions are necessary, a $10 charge will apply.

Once the proof has been approved and a final version sent, any additional changes will incur a fee (this includes but is not limited to: size, date, time, location, color scheme, text errors, rsvp info, photo).

What's included in the proofing process?
• Personalization of your wording
• Color changes (to any color shown on our color chart)

What's NOT included in the proofing process?
• Font changes
• Major layout changes
• Custom logos not already shown on the design or graphics changes ($25 fee)

You can personalize your stationery to any of the colors shown on our color chart. Color changes are complimentary and included in the proofing process.

Please see the front page of my shop for current shop hours. Please do not assume an instant turnaround, as I do not work 24 hours a day. If you need your order filled as a "rush" please contact me ahead of time to confirm that it can be done. An additional charge will apply.

Current turnaround times are always posted on the front page of my shop (shop announcement). I fill all orders as quickly as possible. Please let me know if you need an item sooner than my current turnaround time so that I can set up a RUSH listing for you at an additional charge.

Information for your invite - Please do not send word or pdf documents containing the party/event information.

Card/Invite Reverse Side -- Prices do not include a back or reverse side. If you need this done, please convo or email me for a quote, as an additional charge will apply. Not all printers can accommodate double sided printing.
