I would give zero stars if at all possible. I ordered these boots after asking if they were for sure a size 7.5 in ladies and was assured they were. Upon recieving them and comparing to the ones I wear everyday that are a 7.5 ladies I realized this pair is a 5.5 in ladies. I asked for a way to return them and was told (I think lied to) that they had tried them on and they were to large. And that she wore a size 6 or 6.5. She would not refund my money or take them back. I then took them to a Justin dealer (store) to confirm that they are in fact a 5.5 ladies and they are also NOT vintage. Thanks for nothing. I am extremely dissapointed and will try my best to report this to the Etsy Group.

Barbara, I'm sorry the boots don't fit. These boots are a men's 5.5, which generally translates to a woman's 7.5, which is what I said on the listing. I always give exact measurements as well, so you can test against your other boots/shoes and your foot. I only accept returns if an item was misrepresented (i.e. falls apart on the first wear, has a big stain I somehow missed).

We do our best to accurately portray an item on Etsy. Please check our measurements against your measurements before you order. The best way is to use a soft tape measure to measure yourself and/or measure the garment sizes against those of a garment you already own.

For shoes, trace your foot and measure the tracing.

We only accept Paypal.
We ship all domestic items USPS with delivery confirmation (if packaging allows). We will not issue refunds if the tracking says the item was delivered, and you claim not to have received it. If tracking says the item is lost, we will refund half the cost of the item, minus shipping.

Delivery confirmation is not available on international orders. A partial refund of the item may be available, but please know that by ordering internationally you are taking a shipping risk.

Everything ships USPS first-class, mailed within a week of receipt of payment. Sometimes we ship multiple times a week. Usually orders go out every Saturday.

Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS are only issued if an item was misrepresented in the listing -- and we try very hard to make sure that doesn't happen. But if, say, the sole of your new vintage shoe comes off first wear, and you send us a picture, then we'll happily refund your money. We only accept returns at our discretion, in which case the buyer pays return shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
If an item is returned because of a faulty address, we'll contact the buyer and hold it for 10 days. If it has to be reshipped, buyer pays extra shipping charges. If an item is returned and the buyer doesn't respond to email, we'll re-post the item without issuing a refund. So make sure your etsy-info is correct, please!
