Welcome! Here are Kiss On The Lips Policies, please make sure to read them as they offer valuable information on our shop :)

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
We want you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase from us, please read the descriptions carefully before ordering.

Items may be returned for store credit if they are returned in original, unaltered condition :)

Any concerns with your order should be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Concerns brought up to us after this date will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Payment is appreciated at the time of check out. However, we require payment within 72 hours of the time of purchase unless you contact us via e-mail or convo to let us know of a delayed payment. If no contact nor payment is made within 72 hours we will cancel the sale(s). We accept payment through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to check out using their website.

Orders must be paid for in full before they are shipped. If paying with an electronic check please understand that your order will not ship until it has cleared (normally 5-7 business days from day of payment).

If you need to pay using a different resource, please contact us and we will work with you to suit your needs!
We ship as often as possible! Once we receive payment for your order, we will package and ship within 2 days.

We ship all orders through the USPS using First Class Parcel Post.

We would be happy to upgrade shipping to a faster service if you'd like for an extra cost.

INTERNAITONAL customers: Parcels shipped internationally will be shipped via USPS first class international post. These items can take between 1-6 weeks to arrive once they are shipped.

We are not responsible for any taxes or other charges you may encounter in your country for the delivery of your package.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost in the mail, although it is a very saddening experience, we cannot be held responsible for the USPS mix-ups. We urge you to file a claim through the USPS.
