If you have received a wrong item, I will only exchange for the CORRECT item.
I am not responsible for packages that are not insured. If you would like insurance, please contact me prior to purchase.
None of my packages should EVER come damaged in the mail. IF BY CHANCE it happens though, contact me and we can work out how to send proof of damage (YOU MUST RETAIN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING! IF YOUR PACKAGE LOOKS LIKE IT MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED PLEASE TAKE PICTURES BEFORE OPENING).
If you have any other issues with your product, please contact me before leaving feedback so that I may work to correct it.
PAY IT FORWARD ITEMS:
There are absolutely no refunds, returns, exchanges or otherwise on PIF items. I only charge a listing fee and shipping for them, so essentially I lose the cost of materials and time.

Shipping
I am not responsible for packages that are not insured. If you would like insurance, please contact me prior to purchase.
I combine shipping, and will ship internationally. If you need international shipping, insurance, or express shipping, please convo me BEFORE PAYING for a price estimate.
I ship at least once a week. Items that are made to order may take 1-2 weeks to ship, and international orders only ship once a week.
Shipping cost includes the cost of shipping materials (envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap, labels, etc) and a tracking/DC label within the USA.
I keep my cost lower than the big-brand stores who charge for shipping AND handling, while providing the same (if not better) packaging to protect your items. If you find my shipping price unfair, please consider purchasing your items elsewhere.

If I reserve an item for you, you must pay within 3 days of the agreed payment date. Sorry, but I dont want to leave something on hold for months.
