Large, lovely necklace. The artisan pays close attention to detail and the result is a beautiful, unique piece inspired by the prairie.

This pendant is really interesting. I'm not familiar with white bronze. It's color, or perhaps it's the color as well as the texture of the pendant, reminds me of walking in the fields in the early morning before all the mist burns off. Quite lovely. Thank you.

This is such a lovely little pendant. I particularly like its color; I can almost feel the sun on my face! Thank you!

Kansas prairie grass, ticklegrass, was used to texture this pendant. It tickles my fancy. :)
Ferns are quiet souls able to grow between cracks of rock and thrive in the darkness of the forest floor.

About

My Inspiration

I transform metal and metal clay into works of art inspired by my love of nature and the Kansas prairie. Some of my pieces are one-of-a-kind creations that will not be reproduced exactly and are as varied as nature. Each piece is made to the highest quality for your enjoyment for years to come.

I make my own handmade molds from natural elements, and handpick plants and flowers around my home on the Flint Hills Prairie of Kansas. My best selling items are my prairie grass pieces that are made with native prairie grass. Take a look around and see nature suspended in metal forever to be cherished.

My backyard is the Flint Hills prairie. Nature is my inspiration for almost all of my art, especially my jewelry designs. I'm most happy when I'm outside with nature or working creatively on a project.

I do custom orders when time allows. Contact me for specific requests.

Care instructions

All jewelry orders come with a complementary polishing cloth. I use raw metals that will get a patina over time. Using the polishing cloth on the raised surfaces will add more dimension to pieces that do not have a patina applied already. Gemstones should not be polished. Do not wear jewelry while swimming, using hot tub or spa, cleaning with chemicals or other solvents which can damage both metal and gemstones in jewelry. Use caution with activities that may damage the physical structure of your jewelry or cause excessive wear.
