Welcome

All of Kitchen Sink Dyeworks yarns and fibers are dyed one skein at a time, so colorways are not repeated. If you need larger quantities for a project, please contact us for special orders.

All of our yarns and fibers are dyed and stored in a smoke-free and pet-free environment, but may pass through our pet-friendly home during parts of packing or processing. Animals are not allowed to touch the yarn & fibers, but if you are highly allergic, take proper precautions in ordering and handling our products.

Payment

We appreciate prompt payment. Please send PayPal payment within three days of purchase. If you cannot pay within this time frame, contact us BEFORE purchase to arrange payment options. We always appreciate good communication. :-)

Shipping

Your in-stock Kitchen Sink purchases will ship within two business days of cleared PayPal payment, i.e.-if your payment clears Friday, your items will ship no later than Tuesday. Be aware that e-check payments through PayPal take several days to clear, your package will ship once the payment is finalized and cleared through PayPal.

Custom dyed orders ship within 1-2 weeks of order date, depending on our travel schedule.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to love our yarn!

If you are unhappy with any purchase, contact us immediately. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase. Once your returned item arrives, we'll refund the purchase price. Only yarns and fibers in *original* condition (unwound, unknit, unspun, still in original packaging) will be accepted for return, except in *extreme* cases of defective product. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Again, good communication is key, so if you let us know what we can fix up to make your shopping experience great, we'll always do our best to make it happen!
