With over 13 years in the restaurant and beverage industry, and growing up in the foodie city of Houston, TX, I have always had the privilege of being surrounded by amazing cuisine.

Long ago, I took that passion for gourmet food into the kitchen with me, combined it with my creative side, and began a small side-business baking artistic fondant cakes. Cakes for myself became cakes for family & friends, which then evolved into catering and cakes/baked goods for the public. I am adamant about using only the finest ingredients, all-organic whenever possible, and do my best to have options for those with dietary needs as well (vegan, gluten-free).

Because I am always making magic in my oven, I have been dubbed "The Kitchen Witch." With my special seasoning blends, drink mixes, and baked goods, I hope to bring a little bit of that magic to you as well.
