Hello and Welcome to KitchNStitch!

My shop offers handcrafted kitchen accessories, unique gift items, as well as offering one of a kind vintage items. I love sewing and have sewn for almost 40 years. I take great pride in choosing beautiful fabrics and giving you a quality product.

All vintage and antique items have a history, and their condition may show it. They have been previously loved and I want you to love them ,too!

Payment
I now accept PayPal and Credit cards through ETSY. Payment must be immediate and I will ship upon payment confirmation (usually within 1-3 business days).
Shipping
Please understand that only ship out ~ after ~ payment via PayPal or Direct Checkout has cleared.

I ship Monday - Friday...if you order Friday, you item most likely go out Monday. I live in the country, but typically go into town daily...that said, I physically take your package to the post office and check it in (which can only happen Monday - Friday 9 to 5). I don't leave it for my mail carrier or on the post office counter...this is for my reassurance and yours! I want to make sure I have done everything in my power to make sure your package gets to you safely and promptly!!

To make sure your order is processed, please make sure that you have completed the PayPal transaction or Direct Credit transaction.

We will re-list item within 72 hours if you have not contacted us.

We do reserve items, upon request, for 48 hours, after which time they will be released for anyone to buy.

Shipping
In some cases, a large item, or fragile item, may have "$0.00" in the shipping amount. This means, as it will be stated in the listing, to please convo for an accurate shipping charge to your location. It can vary widely.

If you feel you have to purchase the item without getting the shipping quote, the shipping will be added as a 2nd PayPal transaction for the shipping only.

Shipping Rates are determined by destination and weight and size.
Prices are based upon USPS Parcel Post for small Packages:
INSURANCE IS EXTRA.

We can ship via UPS, but it is usually more expensive. Let us know if this is your preferred shipping method and we will get you a quote.
Please contact me for rates to upgrade to Priority Mail or to add Insurance.

We do out best to package items careful and thoughtfully, as if we were shipping to ourselves. However, we cannot be responsible for what happens after it leaves our hands!

Please consider purchasing insurance, especially for Parcel Post!

In the rare event an item arrives damaged or is lost ~We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by Carriers
Again, You may wish to CONSIDER INSURANCE FOR Your PROTECTION..

** Again -Please contact me regarding any of my large items and we can discuss available freight shipping options that will be the most reasonable price for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund only if item is not as described or damaged. Item must be returned to me for refund (buyer pays return shipping costs). I am not responsible for mail speed or loss. If you do have a problem, please let me know and I'm sure we can work something out.

Due to the unique nature of vintage , as well as handmade items, all sales are FINAL AND AS-IS.
We DO NOT offer returns, exchanges or refunds, including partial refunds.

The vintage items we offer may show some minor signs of wear consistent with age.
They have a history and have been previously loved!
We want you to love them, too!

Therefore, we do our best to describe the item accurately and take good photos. Please convo us with ANY questions you have, to help determine if the item will work for you, as we cannot accept returns on any items.

We package all vintage items very carefully, insurance IS NOT included on items.
Again, we cannot be responsible what happens after it leaves our hands, but we do our best to be sure it reaches you safely and in the same condition it left us in.
