Refunds will ONLY be made if your item does not reflect the picture and description listed - Please contact the shop owner if you have any problems with your product - if the mistake was on our end, we will be happy to fix it for you!

We include detailed photos & descriptions in all of our listings so that you know exactly what you are purchasing - if you have a question about an item detail, please contact PRIOR to purchase.

If a return is necessary and agreed upon by both parties, the item must be received back to us in a timely manner, in unused condition. The agreed upon amount will be refunded once the item is received.

If a return is approved, please note you will only receive the cost of the items refunded to you, not the shipping. This applies to items that qualified for free shipping as well. The cost of the original shipping will not be refunded, as it has already been spent to ship your items.

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Usually about 1 week - however every piece is made to order, so please plan on 1-2 weeks for creation & shipment. Contact me through convos PRIOR TO ORDERING if you have a rush date & I will do my best to accommodate you if time permits.
During the peak Holiday months (Sept. through Dec.) please allow for extra time, as that is our busiest time of year!


Q: Can I wash my tea towel and napkins?

A#1: Our Screen Printed Towels & Napkins are 100% Machine Washable: We recommend cold/cool wash cycle, no bleach, Dryer on High/Cotton setting, remove promptly & smooth while warm. An Iron may be used ONLY on the non-printed side.

A#2: Our Sublimated Towels and Napkins:
Item must be washed prior to use to set image - *Failure to skip this step may result in ink "bleeding" when wet.*
- Cold wash, mild detergent, Gentle cycle or equivalent / Do not use bleach in the wash cycle / Do not use liquid fabric softener in the wash cycle / Move towel to dryer when wash cycle is complete, Medium heat / Do not leave your towel fully wet for extended period of time / Iron if needed from backside ONLY, never on print
- Printed using our professional sublimation printing method, and will not peel like vinyl, but will show signs of fading/wear if used & washed excessively.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you are unclear which type of printed towels you have, washing instructions are included in your original listing.

Q: Can I wash my table runner?
A: To avoid shrinkage, spot washing is recommended. An Iron may be used ONLY on the non-printed side.

Q: My item arrived with fold lines, can I iron it?
A: An Iron may be used ONLY on the non-printed side.

Q: Can I get the print I a different color/size?
A: All variants will be in the listing, if there are none listed then, unfortunately no.

Q: This is gift - can you please add a note?
A: Absolutely! Just add your note request to the "note to seller" box at checkout - no need to contact us through convos.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
A: Yes! We are on Faire Wholesale, or contact me through convos for pricing & details.

Q: Can you add a gift note / gift wrap?
A: We can't gift wrap your items, but are always happy to add your personal gift note for you - just add your request to the "note to seller" box at checkout.

Q: What do I do if my package never arrived?
A: First, check the tracking info that gets sent to you with your shipping notice, and double check the address you submitted with your order. Sometimes items get "stuck" in the USPS sorting facilities for a few days - please give your package enough time to get through this process!
