Kitsch-tique's philosophy is to create jewellery that is a little bit different, allowing you to own something unique and different to what is available in your local stores. Inspired by colour, everything here is limited edition or one of a kind.

I currently only accept payment through Paypal in US Dollars. I will ship your order as soon as I receive notification that your payment has cleared. Please make payment within 3 days of purchase.
For orders within the UK, postage is a flat rate of $3 and your order will be sent via Royal Mail First Class.

Delivery in the UK takes 2-3 days from the dispatch date, but please allow up to 14 days.

For orders outside of the UK, postage is a flat rate of $5.25 and your order will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail.

International orders take 7-10 days, but allow up to 21 days.

An email will be sent when your order has been dispatched, which will usually be within 2 working days of you placing your order.

Kitsch-tique cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost once dispatched.

On rare occasions, a customs charge may apply on orders sent outside of the UK, which is out of Kitsch-tique's control. You can contact your local postmaster for more details. Kitsch-tique will not be held responsible for these charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact emma [!at] within 7 days of receipt, and I'll be happy to discuss an exchange or refund. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
