I want you to be happy! If you are not happy with your purchase:

- Exchange / Refund is accepted within 5 days upon package received
- Return item must be in same condition as received in the original packaging
- Refunds are of purchase price only. Shipping fees are nonrefundable
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs involved in the returning or exchanging of the item
- Kitschy Galore is not responsible for lost packages on customer returns. Please purchase insurance and provide a tracking number for the return.
- Custom / personalized orders are not returnable and are not eligible for exchange
- Please note that all my items are handmade, therefore, your items will be as close as possible to the pictures and descriptions in the listing.

Kitschy Galore accepts Paypal & credit card direct payment.

Unless other arrangements have been made, orders that have not been paid for within 3 days will automatically be canceled.

● US domestic orders:
- All items will be shipped via USPS first class
- Your order will be shipped to your Etsy address regardless if you paid thru direct check-out or Paypal. So please make sure your Etsy address is correct!
- There will be extra charge for other mailing services per customer's request
- Item will be ready to ship in 3 to 7 business days, unless specified in listing or shop announcement
- Tracking number will be provided for US domestic orders

● International orders
- All items will be shipped via USPS first class international
- Your order will be shipped to your Etsy address regardless if you paid thru direct check-out or Paypal. So please make sure your Etsy address is correct!
- There will be extra charge for other mailing services per customer's request or regulation of your country's custom
- Item will be ready to ship in 3 to 7 business days, unless specify in listing or shop announcement
- The delivery time may vary depends on destination (it may take more than 3 weeks!)
- Kitschy Galore is not responsible any additional fees which may accrue at your country's border (i.e.. taxes, duties, fees, etc.)

∞ Note for ALL ORDERS:
- Shipping confirmation with tracking is provided to the customer the day an order ships. Kitschy Galore is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
- If the package is returned to Kitschy Galore for any reason, customer is responsible for the shipping fee of another shipment.
- All orders are carefully handled and shipped in protective packaging
- Recycled packages or boxes may be used *go green*
- If you buy multiple items, they will be mailed/packed together

- All items are completely handmade (with lots of LOVE) by me, Kitschy Galore!

- There may be extra charge for custom order when additional/different material is requested (ie. different color/type of beads....)
