kittykanzashi's Shop Policies
This little store will be dedicated to the wonderful world of kanzashi that I have made. Each one will be handmade and I will never send a kanzashi out until I am completely happy with the end results.
Making kanzashi is one of my passion and when I am not studying towards my professional exams, I am thinking about possible kanzashi projects.
All my kanzashi in my shop are fully customisable because I know how important it is to have something that is just right for you.
I have an array of standard habutae colours on offer:
* Royal Blue
* Pale Blue
* Baby pink
* Pale Yellow
In addition, every so often I will buy vintage kimono fabric to make kanzashi. If you are interested in having a kanzashi which is truly unique then this is the way because once the fabric has been used up, it is highly unlikely that I will be able to find more.
Once a design has been settled on, it will take me 5 working days to make and it will be shipped immediately. Of course if you wish to have photos of the item before delivery then let me know and I will send you some.
If I have listed items in my store then I expect payment to be made within a week of purchase.
If you have placed a custom order then I would request full payment to be made upfront as a sign of good faith that you are serious about the order. All custom orders will be made to your specifications and a lot of time and effort will be put into your order.
I will only accept payment via Paypal.
I will only ship items once I have received full payment and shipping will be standard first class Royal Mail and will take up to 5-10 working days to arrive. If you wish to have insurance or next day delivery please contact me beforehand so that I am able to find out how much it will cost for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
Every attempt will be made to ensure your item will arrive in perfect condition however things happen. Unfortunately due to the nature of the product I am selling I can not offer refunds or exchanges.
Additional Policies and FAQs
As the majority of my kanzashi listings are made to order, you will be able to customise your order!
I love custom orders because it is always a pleasure to work with different materials and ideas. So whether you are looking for a traditional or completely off the wall design then just let me know and we can discuss your requirement
Just to let you know, due to the intricate nature of the tsumami technique used, it can take up to 2-3 days (or longer depending on size of order and timing) to create your kanzashi so please order in advance to avoid disappointment.
On average I spend 6 hours per a kanzashi which is spread over two days. Quality control is very strict in my workshop and I always make sure that each flower is perfect before I use them.
