Hong Kong has great variety, and while I enjoyed many of the foods pictured on this pair of fine folders, I was able to learn about ones I hadn't tried when I lived in Kowloon many years ago. Some of these foods may even have been invented after I lived there; I marvel at Hong Kong's perpetual re-invention of itself over time.
