Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging

We package each cookie in a clear cellophane bag with twist tie closure. We can add ribbon for an additional .25 per cookie. We wrapped cookies in bubble wrap and use lots of tissue paper to ensure safe shipping.

Custom and personalized orders

I specialize in custom orders. Please do not ask me to copy another artist's cookie work. Only send Pinterest samples for inspiration please. For no additional charge, I can add names to cookies if you request on your order.

Why is your shipping so high?

My first choice for shipping is USPS Priority flat rate. My cookies are extra dense and weigh approximately 4 ounces each. The weight adds up and costs to ship to CA, FL and Northeast have doubled over the past 4 years. I use close to $2 worth of packing material in each box to ensure safe shipment. It is rare for a customer to receive broken cookies. Please feel free to read my reviews.

Will you discount you cookies if I order larger quantities?

Possibly. Depends on the design. My cookies are already an affordable selection for any celebration. Increasing the quantity doesn't diminish the amount of work I commit to each piece. Unlike mass produced items that may be done on a conveyer belt, each one of my cookies is a unique masterpiece. You will find cheaper, but I'd bet to say you won't find an all around better cookie.

What is the turn around time?

Ideally we like make cookies Monday and Tuesday to ship on Wednesdays, so your job will ship 2-3 weeks from date of order. July-December tend to book up 4-6 weeks ahead. Plan accordingly during high traffic times.
