Thanks fo stopping by :) Every beanie you see was handmade with attention to detail. I use good quality yarn and make sure all of my customers are 100% Happy with my products and service :)

♥ALL my items are hand crocheted and hand-stitched by me with my own personal patterns/ideas (I make hats just by looking at a picture ) All designs are 100% created by me♥


I accept paypal payments only.


US Shipping, Item will be shipped FIRST CLASS via USPS which takes 5-7 days to arrive in the US. My shipping fees includes:

Shipping /handling and
Tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: It will be shipped FIRST CLASS, a CNN form number can be use to know if the hat left US, this is not a tracking number. If you like to purchase a tracking number (for extra) please let me know. If the hat has left US according to the CN22 # and tracking or insurance was not purchased and the package gets lost, I will NOT refund money to customer

PLEASE NOTE: I will provide with a USA tracking number if they are requested only.

PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for ITEMS LOST in the mail, refunds will not be provided.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges may be made in certain instances.Please convo me with any questions prior to purchase. Returns after 7 days from receiving the hat (shown on tracking number) shipping fee would not be returned. product has to be returned new. I would not refund if you send item back after the 7 day period.

Please don't leave a me a bad review, contact me before leaving one, I promise that I will work with your needs. My goal it's to see 100% happy customers.

**Exchanges available** shipping fees have to be paid by you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

PLEASE NOTE: if a note is left for me about adding earflaps but it is not added to purchase (an extra $3.75) I will send you courtesy emails remaining you about payment but if I don't hear back, i will send the hat without them.

****My hats are made in average sizes, If you believe you need extra room or average size doesn't fit you, please leave a note on the sellers box****

All of my hats can be made in any color or size, please don't hesitate to email me with any questions :)
