We think you will love your item but If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to work it out. Customer Satisfaction is important to us!
Due to the nature of items being personalized for you,please understand that all custom personalized items and made to order items are non refundable. If you receive an item with a mistake/name misspelled a replacement will be made for you at no charge. If the mistake is yours a replacement can be made for a fee.

For all shipments please ensure that you have provided the correct address, if an incorrect address is provided Kristen's Custom Creations is not responsible for the lost package. Kristen's Custom Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Hand Stamped Jewelry:
Each letter is individually stamped by hand, no two pieces will come out the same--making every piece it's own unique creation!
Also, the letters will not be perfectly straight- this adds to the charm of a handstamped, handcrafted piece!
Sterling Silver is a metal that will tarnish when exposed to the elements, you can care for it by polishing it with a sterling silver polishing cloth. Polishing clothes are available in our shop.
If you are a international customer {outside the United States} you assume all fees/taxes that your country may charge.
