Once an order leaves my care it becomes the responsibility of the post office.
I won't provide refunds for lost packages.

If an illustration is damaged upon delivery don't hesitate to get in touch with proof of damage and of course i'll provide a replacement!

Shipping

Items will be shipped as standard airmail and sent as a letter or small package, unless otherwise requested.

I don't provide tracking or insurance however if you wish to upgrade your postage please message me before placing your order and we can arrange accordingly.

Orders placed on a Friday after 4pm or Saturday will be sent the following Monday.

Shipping within Europe can take 3-5 business days.
To the U.S 10 days.
To anywhere else in the world it can potentially take up to 2 weeks or more, depending on the local post.
If you need a speedy delivery message me and we can talk options.
