The cats play with the yarn while I crochet, the dog sticks her nose into whatever I'm working on and my husband laughs at me.

Crafting quickly became an obsession for me and before I knew it, every surface in my house was a craft area. To the yarn on my coffee table and the back of my sofa to the weeded vinyl flecks permanently stuck to my kitchen table, my home quickly looked as though a craft tornado had traveled through. Fast forward to today, and who am I kidding--it still looks like that! Only now I'm selling what I make. I work full-time and live with my husband, our dog, and two cats. The cats play with the yarn while I crochet, the dog sticks her nose into whatever else I'm working on and my husband laughs at me (lovingly, he's my biggest fan).

In all seriousness, though, very little makes me happier than when a customer tells me they love what I've created. So please, take a look around. If you see something you like, wonderful. If not, let me know and maybe I can create it for you!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
RETURNS
If you have any questions, concerns, or your item arrived other than expected, please contact us right away and we will do our best to make you happy. If you are still unsatisfied, you may return the unused, undamaged item within 7 days of receipt, and we will refund the purchase price. We cannot refund shipping costs or pay for return shipping. If you purchased an item with free shipping, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the original cost to ship will be deducted from your return. Return items must be shipped within 7 days of delivery and must be in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Returns must be packaged with the same care as it was shipped. Custom or personalized orders, sale items and digital downloads are excluded from this return policy.

Should an item arrive damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of your damaged item. Once photo of damage is provided, I will send a replacement or refund your order. (I need the photo to file a USPS claim). Please see shipping information.

CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel your order? We often begin working on orders day of, so a cancellation request must be submitted within 3 hours of purchase.
Shipping
K. Marie Crafts ships items to US customers only using insured Priority Mail and First Class to ensure that your items arrive quickly. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your item has shipped!

NEED IT QUICKER?
We have a rush shipping option for processing your order and delivering it to the post office within 24 hours (depending on the item)! We also offer shipping upgrades, please contact us if needed!

PACKAGING
All items are packed to ensure a safe arrival. We also strive to re-use materials to ensure safe packaging. Your item may arrive with plastic bags reused for protection! Gift wrap options available, just contact us!

SHIPPING ISSUES
In the rare case there is damage in transit please let me know within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo. We will do our best to send a replacement part(s) that are exact, or very similar to, the item(s) you ordered. Please contact us right away if this should happen. (See Returns and Exchanges for more information)

CHANGES TO ADDRESS
We have a very small window of time in which we can change your shipping address before a package is shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We will try our best to change it for you but cannot guarantee a change in shipping. Should the address change not go through, you can reroute your package by calling the local post office for your original shipping address.

PETS
I do have pets, and while I make every effort to ensure that dog and cat hair are not present in my products, the items themselves are made in a home with pets. If this is a problem, please let me know and I can work to create something for you outside of my home.

GIFT MESSAGES
We are happy to send gift messages! We will not include a receipt unless otherwise specified. Just let us know that the purchase is a gift and what message you would like to include in the notes section during your purchase and we will hand write your message on a gift note!
