Hello! My name is Katy, and I am the creator at KM Vinyl.
I'm a work at home mom, wife, and Harry Potter lover. I run my business full time out of my home office, located in Owosso, Michigan.
The things I love most in life are cats, reading, and all things rainbow. I've been working with vinyl for over 8 years, and have been running a variety of Etsy businesses for the last 6 years.
I love to create new designs and think outside the box. All of my decals are printed and cut in my home office, with a collection of pretty amazing tools and machines.

I need my order SOON! What do I do?
Rush shipping options are available! I have a rush shipping listing pinned to the top of my shop page that can be purchased at any time. This costs only $5 and will have your order in the mail within 1 business day. I also suggest using Priority Mail service, since it is the best option for fast shipping. Expedited Shipping is also available for those extra special orders that you need right now!
I need decals, a LOT of decals! What discounts do you offer?
I have a variety of discounts I offer! A bulk order is considered any order of 5+ decals that are all of the same design. I offer a percentage off of these orders, depending on how many you need.
Wholesale pricing for 100+ decals is available as well!
I'm having trouble applying my decal. What do I do?
Send me a message, I'm happy to help! I have 8+ years of experience working with these materials, and have lots of tips and tricks up my sleeve.

I already placed an order, can I add onto it?
If you place a second order, and I have not shipped your first order, please contact me ASAP! I should be able to ship your orders together and refund any extra shipping charges. Many times I do not notice when a customer has multiple orders from me, so it's very important to contact me as soon as possible.
How long will my order take to ship?
The processing times listing on my shop and listings are set to accommodate times of heavy work load, vacation, days off, and sick days. I work from home and raise a family, so my processing times stated accommodate any needs I might have. Generally your order will ship much much sooner, but there are times I use the full processing times (as stated above), and during the holidays (where I am usually about 1-2 weeks out on all orders). You are ALWAYS welcome to message me to see what my current turnover rate is, and I'll be happy to tell you. If you need it sooner, the rush listing is available for purchase.
Do you take custom orders?
I do not take custom design requests. However, I am constantly adding new designs to my shop, and I keep your requests in mind. So feel free to let me know what you'd like to see next!
Personalization/customization is no longer offered on items in my shop.
Do you accept cancellations or returns?
Unfortunately I am not able to accept returns due to the large amount of sizes and colors I have available. Every item I sell is made to order, which means I am creating this decal just for you. Many times I will not sell that same design in the same color or size again for months or even years, so I cannot take returns. Exchanges may be allowed under certain circumstances for non-personalized items.
I am happy to refund and cancel any orders I have not yet started on.
I'm local, can I save on shipping?
If you are located in or near Owosso, Michigan, I am happy to refund your shipping charges and have your item ready for local pickup. Orders can be grabbed from my front porch, which is under 24 hours surveillance. Contact me before ordering for more details!
