Priority shipping takes 1-3 days, depending on how far away you are from Michigan.
When it comes to shipping times, I can only guarantee that your order will be handed to USPS promptly, but I cannot control how long shipping will take. Please understand that I have no control over shipping, and cannot access your order once it leaves my hands. If there is a delay in your shipping, please consult your tracking information or contact USPS directly.
If you are local and would like to pick up your order instead of paying for shipping, message me before ordering. I will provide you with the necessary promo code to remove shipping charges.
PLEASE double check your address via both Etsy and Paypal (if you use paypal for payment). I print my shipping labels directly through these services, and your order will be sent to the address you've provided. I am not responsible for mis-typed addresses, and I cannot retrieve an order once it has left my hands. If an improper address has been provided, I cannot assume financial responsibility for the lost order. If an order is returned to my home, I will be happy to re-ship it at your expense.

Because of the custom nature, there will be no refunds on custom orders. I will provide proofs of all custom orders to the customer before creating the order.

What are your mug designs made with?
I use a variety of elements to get the best looking mugs. Most of my mugs are sublimation printed, which means the design is permanent. It is dishwasher and microwave safe, and will not come off ever! But sometimes a mug just needs a little sparkle! That’s where the vinyl comes in. Some of my mugs have glitter or chrome vinyl on them. These mugs are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe, and last the longest when hand washed. If you’re not sure what elements I use on the mug, just look at the listing description for that mug. I explain the materials, process, and care instructions for each individual mug.
My mug arrived broken! What do I do?
When you order from my shop, shipping automatically includes insurance. So no worries! If your mug is broken in transit, I will ship a new mug, free of charge. All I need is pictures of the broken mug.
I need my order SOON! What do I do?
Rush shipping options are available! I have a rush shipping listing that can be purchased at any time. This costs only $5 and will have your order in the mail within 1 business day. Expedited Shipping is also available for those extra special orders that you need right now!
Do you customize items?
Yes! I can customize just about anything. Change the font, colors, wording, etc. Just shoot me a message with what you'd like and I'll let you know what I can do!
I need a LOT of mugs, do you offer discounts?
I have a variety of discounts I offer! A bulk order is considered any order of 10+ mugs that are all of the same or similar design. I offer a percentage off of these orders, depending on how many you need.
Wholesale pricing is available as well!
Where do I add customization details?
You can add order notes on the cart page under Note to Seller. If you're using Apple pay or the Buy it Now option, this may not show up. If you can't find it, just message me the details!
I'd like to order from both of your shops, do I have to pay shipping twice?
No problem! If you send me a message, I can ship your orders together and refund any extra shipping charges. It is very important that you send me a message or leave a note on your order as soon as possible!
I already placed an order, can I add onto it?
If you place a second order, and I have not shipped your first order, please contact me ASAP! I should be able to ship your orders together and refund any extra shipping charges. Many times I do not notice when a customer has multiple orders from me, so it's very important to contact me as soon as possible.
