On this Etsy shop, you are buying directly from me, the artist.
Every and each of the prints I sell here is a high-quality, faithful reproduction of my artwork, made one at a time with care and love and using only the very best supplies. Totally frame-worthy, a real piece of art, but more reasonably priced - that's the spirit behind my products !

If you have any questions regarding my work or my prints, feel free to contact me! :)

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I deal with refunds and returns on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your order, or would like to cancel your order, please contact me.

If there has been an error on my side, I will make my best to make it up to you.
However, I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please check out the "Shipping" section if you are ordering a Giclee print.
I only accept Paypal for the moment.
Now, if you really have no access to Paypal, contact me, we'll work out a solution! :)

Payment must be sent within a week after your order is completed.

Please note that I ship from France: your country may charge taxes for imported goods, in which case these taxes will be at your charge, and are not included in the price or shipping costs.
All orders are mailed within 10 business days.
My items are always checked individually and well-packaged to avoid damages during shipping, and then sent from France through priority air mail.
I will combine shipping whenever possible.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BASE SHIPPING IS FOR REGULAR AIRMAIL ONLY. I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. If you would like to upgrade shipping to insured or registered, please let me know BEFORE payment.

♥ GICLEE PRINTS ♥ Due to the very limited edition each artwork is printing as, I CANNOT REPLACE PRINTS THAT WOULD GET DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING. I therefore strongly suggest that you upgrade shipping to insured. :)
Giclee prints are mailed in hard mailing tubes (or stiff enveloppes for A4 prints).

♥ ORIGINAL ART ♥ Originals are sent by registered mail to make absolutely sure they arrive safely, as they are unique and irreplacable pieces.
They are mailed in stiff carboard enveloppes.

♥ What are Giclee prints ? What is the difference with regular Fine Art prints ? ♥

Giclee is an inkjet printing process that was developped for high-quality reproduction of original artworks, both traditional and digital. Unlike regular Fine Art prints, which are printed with photography-grade inks, Giclee prints are made using 6- or 8-colour pigment inks, enabling a broader range of colour shades to be reproduced. Pigment inks do not get as deep into the paper as regular inks, achieving more brilliant colours and finer details. Also, pigment inks have a much better lightfastness, so that the colours won't fade or get blueish if the print is exposed to sunlight. Giclee prints do not display the tiny dots typical of inkjet printing, the colours are smooth, the details are crisp and beautiful even on close inspection.
My Giclee prints are printed on fine art papers, using a professional Giclee printer, calibrated before each print is made. Each print is numbered and signed. I've tried a number of printing processes for my prints and none of them compared with the quality of Giclee prints - now I just can't turn back to anything else! Once matted and framed, it's impossible for me to tell the difference between the original and the prints - no kidding. :)

♥ What type of fine art papers do you use ? ♥

A3 and smaller prints are now made in-house, on my own giclee printer. In these cases, I use Hahnemühle Bamboo 290 gsm paper: it's a slightly textured, certified archival warm-white paper that looks very close to the paper I use for my paintings - and best of all, it's made from ecologically sustainable or recycled materials.
A2 prints, like my former A3 prints, are made at a local fine-art printshop. These are printed on Museum paper 310 gsm, which is textured, warm-white and certified archival as well.

♥ Why are Giclee prints so expensive ? ♥

Please check the first question! ;)
Giclee prints are not "just" prints, they're the finest quality art reproduction currently available. They're expensive to make... but totally worth it.
Also, my Giclee prints are produced in very, very limited editions - usually 10, sometimes up to 25, but never more. That means that you are buying a beautiful art reproduction and you're one out only a few to own one. Once the whole edition is sold out... it's sold out, that Giclee print is not coming back!

♥ Is it possible to get one of your Giclee prints, but in a different size than the one offered in your shop ? ♥

Well, no, for two reasons. The first one is that an edition of prints is supposed to be only prints of the same size. :)
The second is that I choose the best size between A4 (8x12 inches, 21x30 cm), A3 (12x16 inches, 30x40 cm) and A2 (16x24 inches, 40x60 cm) depending on the size of the original. I try to stick to the original size of the painting (with small adjustments so that too much paper won't be wasted on the borders), so that you can fully enjoy the painting in all its little details, while not... overblowing the picture over its original size (traditional paintings don't like this too much!).

♥ Can you mat and frame the artwork for me ? ♥

Depends. I can mat and frame artwork for you, but obviously there'll be an extra - both for the mat and frame, and for shipping also! Also, I don't do matting/framing if I'm super-busy at the moment. So just ask. ;)

♥ You used to have regular offset prints. Can I have one of these ? ♥

No, I'm afraid not. Offset prints have been discontinued and I don't think they'll be coming back. Although their quality was nice, I was too often disappointed by colour discrepancies from one batch to the next, and their small size just didn't work so well for my recent artworks...!
