Thank you for visiting Knightwork Studio. All orders will be handled promptly and with great care. If you have any questions or need additional information regarding our shop policies please don't hesitate to get in touch. Returns and exchanges
Satisfaction guaranteed. Items must be returned within 7 days for full refund of purchase price. Sorry, no refund for shipping charges. Please return in original condition and let me know it is mailed so I can watch for it.

We accept payment by check, money order and PayPal. If paying by check or money order please make it out to me, Betty Jo Hendershott, and please let me know when it is mailed. I will notify you when it arrives and we ship your order.

Shipping
In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible we ship domestic orders by USPS First Class. Orders weighing 1 pound or more are shipped by Priority Mail. Payment by money order and PayPal during the week will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Payments after 1:00 PM on friday and weekends will be shipped on the following monday.
Please Note: Payment by personal check may be held until the check clears.
Once the order is mailed I will convo you with the date and Delivery Confirmation number.
