Accepted payment methods
Payment
I accept all payments through PayPal or credit card. For stitch markers I will accept returns. For quilt orders I ask for down payment as a commitment to the sale.
Shipping
I am using standard shipping. If you require faster delivery there will be appropriate charges added on.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will give a refund on stitch markers. On the quilts your down payment is non-refundable as I will have already purchased material to begin your project. I will however, work with you throughout the process to ensure total satisfaction before actually beginning the quilt.
