We will accept returns within 10 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees to or from the destination address. Please email zenyarngarden AT yahoo DOT com to arrange your return. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We are not responsible for lost items being returned to us so please make sure to send it securely. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any items that cannot be put back on the shelf immediately.

We cannot accept returns on PDF patterns.

TAX
All Ontario residents will be charged 8% PST when they check out through Paypal.

PAYMENT TYPES
We accept all payments through Paypal which also includes the ability to pay by credit cards without having a Paypal account. You will be given this option when you get to the Paypal payment screen.

TERMS
Payment for all purchases is due within 3 days of purchase. Any transaction not paid for within 3 days will be canceled and the item relisted. We usually send one reminder email if the item is not paid for immediately on purchase.

We ship to addresses in Canada and the USA. All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada by Canada Post (airmail) and will ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order except on weekends when orders will go out on Mondays if purchased on Saturday/Sunday.

DELIVERY TIMES
Canada Post guarantees 4-10 business day delivery to the USA. Canada varies by province and if you're international, please ask - we will send by airmail and there are delivery standards by country.

INSURANCE
All small packet airmail packages include insurance up to $100 for loss. If you would like additional insurance for your package, please contact us to make arrangements. We can only insure your package to the limit of $100 even if you purchase more than $100 worth of merchandise.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside Canada & USA)
If you are ordering from another country, please contact us so we can add the shipping option to your country for the items you would like to purchase. Once updated, you are then free to purchase the items and it will allow shipping to your location. We are happy to ship to any country other than the USA or Canada!

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates will vary by weight of your order. Larger orders will be slightly more than ordering 1 or 2 items and you will be invoiced for the difference after purchase if you do purchase more than 2 items.

MAILING ADDRESSES
Please make sure your mailing address in Paypal is current. We ship to your address in Paypal. If it is not current, please notify us immediately so we can flag your order to ship to a different address.

HANDLING
There is no handling fees on any orders. We only charge actual shipping costs.

PATTERNS
PDF patterns that are not being shipped will be emailed to your Etsy email within 24-48 hours of receiving your purchase.

We do not sell any of our customer information including all registration information you give us to anyone for any reason whatsoever. PRODUCT PHOTOS
We do our best to capture colourways on screen but due to monitor differences in resolutions, intensity, etc., there may be slight variations between how each monitor captures and displays colours. If you are unsure about how yarn colour is showing on your monitor, please contact us and we'd be happy to send more photos.
