About

The Explorer's Journal

As I set out on my expedition many years ago, I never imagined where the voyage would take me. In my search for amazing specimens I discovered mysterious creatures of the deep, beasts of a forgotten jungle, and life beyond imagination.

I scour local shops for all kinds of used sweaters, worn out blankets and discarded scarves, take them home, deconstruct them, and then turn them into gorgeous recycled fabric and yarn. I also use sustainable sheep's wool yarn, felt made from recycled water bottles, old t-shirts, and recycled fiberfill. With these eco-friendly materials, I make my realistic soft creatures.

A percentage of all sales are donated to organizations that help save endangered wildlife and protect at-risk habitats across the globe.

Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalized orders

I do take on custom orders occasionally. It really depends on my workload and what you are asking for. Please feel free to message me details about your project and we can go from there. Custom items usually take 3-4 weeks to complete.

Wholesale availability

I do offer my items wholesale. If you are interested in offering my items in your shop please message me and I can send you my linesheet. I also offer custom items for individual shops.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you are giving one of my pieces as a gift I can gift wrap it for you. Please message me before checking out and I can create a new listing for you. Extra fee will depend on item being gift wrapped. I wrap gifts with brown kraft paper, natural hemp twine, hang tag and can embellish with a rubber stamp and wax seal of my logo.
