Humor is an Attitude. We Wear it on Our Sleeves.

Knits 'n Giggles began shortly after much encouragement from fellow creative friends since I was knitting more and more gifts for others (and their babies). The name of the shop is a play on words because I'm a comedic performer. What fun! I can make cute items AND I get to interject some fun and humor into my work!! This fit perfectly as I adore kitschy, fun, items that look cute and will cause loved ones to giggle away. Tastefully of course. I adore little items (in part because you can complete them...no, seriously) and even more so after I began having my own children. So with each one (there are now 3) - I became a better knitter. I got more ideas for fab little knits. Now, I'm adding classically trendy adult wears to the shop too. Each item has a little personality, just like you & your Knitgiggler!! I take a lot of pride in this endeavor because I know the importance of self-expression and the impact it can have on the environment around you. That's why I think it's pretty wicked-awesome how this little shop is building up and how you're supporting it. Thanks for allowing Knits 'n Giggles to express its personality -- and for showing yours by wearing these knits!

We do hats, booties, scarves, and anything else you might need to get your knitfix.

Custom orders are welcome.

Returns and exchanges
I take great pride and care when making my items. You are paying for not only the quality of an item but also for the time put into the making of that item. Please contact me immediately if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returns for exchange only are accepted within 10 days of receipt of your package. Product must be in its original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Payment
Payment is currently via PayPal and Credit Cards. Payment is required within three days of a purchase. After that the sale will be canceled. I will contact you if payment is not received. Sometimes strange things happen and I will be happy to work with you if you are having PayPal issues.

You do not need to create a PayPal account to use a credit card through PayPal!!
Shipping
Items shipped within the United States will be shipped using USPS First Class mail. In most instances, Knits 'n Giggles will also use USPS tracking and provide a tracking number if possible. If you are an international customer shipment will be made International First Class. Knits 'n Giggles will also provide a refund for shipping overages (i.e. if the shipping ends up less than what you paid!! Yeah, we that's cool too and you should have the $ to show for it.).

In-stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. "In-Stock" may depend on the size/color choices made by the customer and is usually purchased from the "Ready to Ship" section. Custom orders are shipped within 10 days of payment.

Knits 'n Giggles appreciates your patience while your order is created and is happy to let you know when it is completed.

Unfortunately, sometimes strange things do happen - Knits 'n Giggles knows that. However, Knits 'n Giggles does not claim responsibility for items lost/damaged or stolen in transit. That said, we still know some stuff and can help you solve a mystery and contact the appropriate parties to take action. Knits 'n Giggles likes happy customers - and we appreciate reasonable ones too!

Please remember to list your preferences in the notes to seller (e.g. size, color or other notes). If you do not use this option, Knits 'n Giggles will send the item as shown. When this is not clear (i.e. there are several options in the style), Knits 'n Giggles will do their best to contact you for clarification. This is to ensure that customers get their giggleknits in the most timely fashion possible.

Knits 'n Giggles reserves the right to replace discontinued materials with a similar material (i.e. yarn or fabric material, brand or color). Knits 'n Giggles will match the material as closely to the item pictured to ensure a high quality.
