SAHM of 3, homeschooling and small business owner.

I am a Mother of 3 and wife. I stay at home and homeschool our children. I have always loved the fiber arts so it was just a natural progression for my business to go that direction.

Over the years my business has gone through many metamorphosis’s. While the kids were younger I found doing just shows was what was best. Now that they are older I want to have more of an online presence. I am striving to grow the business more than ever before.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I accept exchanges on items up to 14 days from the delivery day that USPS states delivered on the tracking number. Exchanges are for items of equal or greater value and customer is responsible for the difference.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As is the shipping to customer of exchanged item.

No returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Payment
I accept paypal and square as the most common and safe method of payment. You don't have to have a paypal or square account to pay.

I ship once payment is cleared and item is complete. (Please see shop announcements for turn around time).

Items in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

If item is a special order they will not be shipped until the item is made and complete. Please allow at least 3 weeks for item to be made. Please check current turn around times.
Shipping
I ship mostly priority mail. If you want it shipped in another manner please contact me before purchasing the item that you want so we can discuss your options.

I have no problem shipping internationally. Just be sure to contact me so I can find the best rate for you.

Insurance: This is your responsibility to let me know if you want your item insured. I ship priority mail and always have a tracking number on the package and automatically comes with $50, but if you want it insured for more you need to let me know so we can add that to the package and total.

Packaging: I do my best to make sure that everything is packaged to avoid damage. Most products are placed in plastic bags to avoid any type of water or moisture that they may encounter during shipment in hopes that your items arrive in the same top quality condition as it left here. Some items are too big to fit into a plastic bag so I will do my best to find a solution.

I use as much recyclable materials as possible for packaging. Every little bit helps.
