Payment
I accept paypal as the most common and safe method of payment. You don't have to have a paypal account to pay with paypal.

Item must be paid for before I will ship it. I do my best to ship all items the same day as purchased, but there can be a day or 2 lag due to waiting for shipping materials and such. Also if you order on the weekend it is possible that your package won't go out in the mail until Monday.

If item is a special order they will not be shipped until the item is made and complete. Please allow at least 3 weeks.
Shipping
I ship everything priority mail. If you want it shipped in another manner please contact me before purchasing the item that you want so we can discuss your options.

I have no problem shipping internationally. Just be sure to contact me so I can find the best rate for you.

Insurance: This is your responsibility to let me know if you want your item insured. I ship priority mail and always have a tracking number on the package, but if you want it insured you need to let me know so we can add that to the package and total.

Packaging: I do my best to make sure that everything is packaged to avoid damage. All products are placed in plastic bags to avoid any type of water or moisture that they may encounter during shipment in hopes that your items arrive in the same top quality condition as it left here.
Refunds and Exchanges
No returns on purchases unless we reach some sort of agreement where you felt that the item was grossly misrepresented. It is your responsibility to contact me to add insurance to your package for loss, damages, etc. Once it leaves my hands there is nothing that I can do to control the postal service. Item must be returned in the same shape as it was sent by me.
