Additional policies and FAQs
General Policies:
-I work in a smoke free, dog friendly home. I will do my best to make sure there's no dog hair on your order.
-I wash and lightly lanolize the woolies before I ship. As part of the washing process the wool gets a vinegar bath to help set any dyes. I do my best to get all the dye out in the wash, but I cannot be held responsible if there is a dye transfer. I'll always contact you and warn you if the dye seems to bleed more than usual, but it's good practice to wear the woolies over a diaper that wouldn't be ruined from dye transfer the first few times.
-When buying in-stock items, please remember that color varies greatly from monitor to monitor and cameras don't always capture the accurate color. I will do my best to get pictures that reflect the color but cannot guarantee them.

YYMN (Your Yarn My Needles) Slots:
-The price on yymn slot listings are deposits only. Full price will have the deposit deducted and will be stated and agreed upon through email or etsy convo.
-Yarn should be shipped with delivery confirmation. I will supply the shipping address after receiving deposit payment and confirming details through email or etsy convo.
-Buyer must supply me with a valid email address.
-I need 2-3 weeks to complete your order, though it often takes me much less time.
-Payment for orders must be received five days after my email to you that they are complete. I'll generally send a reminder email three days after the first. If payment is not received, yarn and completed orders become my property, and may be listed for sale to recoup costs. (This sounds really strict... I'll generally work with you, but communication lines need to be open!)
