Dealt with on a case by case basis. I make sure all of my customers leave my store happy.
Payment
I accept:
paypal, RME, check, money order, and I consider trade requests.

If you are a return customer I do not mind waiting for your payment, please just let me know if you plan on paying late. First time customers please try to pay me ASAP. I reserve the right to cancel any sale that hasn't been paid for.

Sometimes I put small handmade samples (exe.: soap, yarn, beads) from other indie artists in my packages, if you prefer not to get any samples because of allergies or otherwise please let me know.

*All items are recommended to let soak in cold soapy water, spin out, then let soak in cold water, spin out again, lay flat to dry. OR Hand wash, lay flat to dry. If your yarn is not made of superwash, it will felt if agitated*
