I emailed seller a few days after purchasing and still have not heard anything yet. It's been 10 days, and no product and no explanation of why. I usually don't give bad reviews but I'm frustrated that I paid for an item and have no idea if I'm receiving what I paid for or getting a refund; or neither :( Update: was contacted with an apology and received refund. Explanation of family emergency.

I feel incredibly strange being one of only a few to have a bad experience with this seller, maybe this is a rare case, but the amount of lies and disappointment I encountered with Christine is pure nonsense and I hope nobody else ever has to succumb to such a fate. I special ordered a hat, which I thought was going to be amazing, and for which she said was absolutely doable. Initially, everything seemed great! But, after a while; after not being responded to time after time again - being told I would be updated and then not, and waiting weeks to find out what was going on, I was told the item was finished and being shipped! But, incredibly, even after the shipping label was printed and I received a shipping notification, the item was never actually shipped, and Christine refunded my money and hasn't said anything to me. SHAME
