Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

All payments will include a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit which will be deducted from ALL refunds.

Refunds requested after the order has shipped will only be issued when the item is returned at the customer's expense.

Refunds for items lost during shipment will be only be issued after a claim is files through the shipping carrier. Items lost during shipping will be re-make and shipped at no additional expense.
