I want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If you have any concerns after receiving your item(s), please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item(s) and we can arrange a refund or an exchange for another item.

If a return has been approved, I will refund your cost when I receive the returned item(s) in the original, unused, condition. You will be responsible for the original shipping and for return shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

SECURE PAYMENT - Your payment information is secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

I accept PayPal and the new Etsy Payments. Both options take all major credit cards.

Please note that Etsy Payments can take a few days to clear. It is not usual, but it does occasionally happen. PayPal payment is instant.

Payment is due upon purchase. If there is no payment made within 3 days, and I have not heard from you, I will assume you have changed your mind, and I will re-list the item. Your order will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.

NOTE: All Indiana addresses will automatically be charged 7% sales tax on purchase and shipping cost at checkout.

Your order will be shipped to the address you provide on Etsy during the Checkout process. If you are purchasing an item as a gift and want it sent to a different address, please add the address to your account BEFORE you complete your purchase. It's very easy and you can keep the address on file if you plan on using it again, or you can delete it right away:
1. Log into your Etsy Account.
2. Click on “Your Account”(under your avatar).
3. Click on “Addresses”.
4. Click on “Add a new address".
After you have saved the new address to your account, complete your purchase being sure to select the correct shipping address during the Checkout process.

Following is my standard shipping with USPS however, if you prefer to upgrade the shipping (UPS, Fedex or a different USPS option including insurance), please let me know and I will adjust your shipping costs accordingly.

UNITED STATES ADDRESSES:
Orders under 13 oz will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail (5 - 7 days).

Orders over 13 oz will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail (2 - 4 days with delivery confirmation).

All U.S. orders will be shipped with tracking.

Orders over $75 (excluding shipping) will be shipped with insurance. If your order is under $75 and you want insurance, please let me know and I will adjust your PayPal invoice accordingly.

I offer combined shipping. If you purchase more than one item, your combined shipping discount will automatically show up on your order as a discounted rate.

I have estimated shipping cost based on USPS published rates however, if the actual shipping cost is less, I will refund shipping cost difference in excess of $2 through PayPal.

INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES:
I ship USPS first class international. Tracking and insurance is not available with this shipping option. Buyer must assume the risk. Shipping times vary and can take up to 4 weeks or more.

I cannot be held responsible for lost packages, damages incurred during shipping, taxes or fees.

DUTIES/CUSTOMS CHARGES:
For buyers outside of the USA, you are responsible for any taxes, fees, duties and customs charges. Please do not ask me to mark the parcel as "gift" or ask me to state a reduced value for the price of the goods.
