About KnottedDesignCompany
So, to introduce myself- I’m Caslynn, I am a mom of 3 boys & I found a love of macrame in November 2020 during the pandemic. I needed to find something to keep me busy being stuck at home everyday.
Macrame, for me, is more than just a hobby- it brings me peace.
I hope you enjoy my work as much as I enjoy making it.

Custom and personalized orders
My customs are open! Please send me a message on Etsy or IG @knotteddesignco or email me at knotteddesigncompany@gmail.com to discuss your vision.
Care instructions
For wall hangings: please do not remove the dowel rod for any reason.
For items with tassels or fringe: you may take a small tooth comb & gently brush through the fringe. Over time the fringe/tassels might begin to curl, you can take fabric stiffener or hairspray, spray. 2-3 feet away from the piece & them comb the tassel/fringe in place

Returns/ Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges:
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
