Excellent bracelet, and it looks just how I wanted it to. On my side I think I may have told you a size to big, but that always better then it being to small. Thank you again, future customer!

About

Knotwork - an ancient art born from idle hands.

Knot tying as an art started out with sailors. Traveling the seas for months at a time, without many things to entertain them but rum and the occasional pirate, they began to make things out of the materials they had on hand. And there was always plenty of rope around. The great thing about most of these creations was that rope was cheap, and if you needed more rope, you just untied whatever you had been working on.

How does this apply to my shop? One word: Boredom. In 2011 I had surgery on my knee. This left me on a machine that moved the joint in a linear fashion for 8 hours a day, for about a month. I began to go crazy from inactivity, and decided to use some paracord from my camping kit to practice the knots I teach to my Boy Scouts.

The same knots, over and over again, soon lost their entertainment value, so I turned to the all-knowing Internet. What I found there astounded me. I learned all sorts of decorative knots, and began buying different colored paracord to make keychains for friends and family.

My hoard of paracord hanks grew, as did my mound of lanyards and bracelets, until one day a friend said, "I bet people would buy this stuff." I knew they would, since in my searches I cam upon many shops, but I didn't have time to run even an internet business, with my family, work, school, and Scouting.

Then I found Etsy, and decided to give it a go. Take a look around, I'm always adding things, and if you don't see something you like, ask for it. I may be able to whip it up!

Custom orders will take between 1-3 days for construction before shipment, if I have the colors you need in stock.
If you request a color I don't have in stock, it will take approximately 3-5 business days to get the supplies, as all my suppliers are internet based. In this event, I will cut construction times to a minimum (without sacrificing quality) in order to get your item to you as fast as possible.
