My first time using "the device" for photos, I have it on timer, tied to a tree with a sock, ha ha. You know what that means? I can list some of my handmade new plus size merch, like this one! (maker, model, and person who hit that little camera button)

About

Love the life you live, Live the life you love.

I get up in the morning, take deep breaths, and smile smile smile.

In the Summer the thimble sprites and the needle gnomes drape their wilted bodies along the cutting board. Cooling off from the whir of the sewing machine.
Crisp new spring and summer items soon to be spilling out of this dimension portal!

KnottyMama is an outgrowth of previous adventures formerly known as Dreads n Threads.

My creations are almost solely vintage and second hand fabrics which pour forth from my fabric cave. My designs are founded on my early experiences with the rainbow and Dead scene. I made my first dress under the tutelage of a rainbow mama named Dakota on the Wood Gnome's floor. They have grown with my sewing education and are constantly influenced by the swirling universe and other like minded artists. Most garments are dictated by their original form.

I am a one woman show. Every sale has a direct impact in my quest of going furthur! I live in a solar powered domicile and work our organic farm. My Husbandito and I are building our earth bag dome home in my "free" time!

Sizing details

As most consumers know clothing size varies depending on the style, store, and location, that is why when you are buying a handmade knottymama original it is important to know your actual measurements.

I use generic terms such as Large, Medium, etc, or even actual size numbers which as previously mentioned is not an actual standard. This is to help possible customers find what they are looking for. To insure a perfect fit, it is a good idea to know your actual measurements, and compare them to the actual measurements of each garment.
*** Feel free to convo me if you need help figuring out where to measure and how!

*(also when ordering a custom made item, I will need ACTUAL measurements, not just your size)

Care instructions

For life time enjoyment, I highly recommend that handmade pieces of clothing are hand washed and line dried. However, my garments are well made and can withstand regular laundering, though i do suggest washing in cold and low heat dry.
