4 out of 5 starsI deducted one point because the cats were a little small. It's hard to tell they're surfing. But either than that it's a good quality bag!

Climbing in Fontainebleau, France
A small business built from a passion for rock climbing
I started Knox Mtn Bags in the spring of 2010, making a wide range of bag styles including purses, wallets, and diaper bags. In 2013 I shifted to focusing solely on chalk bags and have worked hard to source the best materials and hone my techniques. I am proud to now be the top rated chalk bag maker on Etsy!
My studio in located in my off-grid home in the woods of Vermont. I love having my own business, which gives me the flexibility to take advantage of the many outdoor activities the Northeast has to offer. Rock climbing is my first love, but I also love mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, surfing and hiking.

Returns and exchange details
Orders that ship free but come back to me in the mail for any reason (bad address, etc) will be resent only after the reshipping cost has been paid by the buyer. Free shipping packages which are returned or that come back in the mail and will not be reshipped will be subject to a $4 restocking fee.
You can cancel your order anytime before I mail it out (which I sometimes do within an hour of ordering, so don't take too long to decide). If you wish to cancel after I have mailed the package you'll have to go through the normal returns process and the shipping cost will not be refundable.
Shipping
Please note that some countries may charge customs fees, duties, and/or taxes on items being imported from a foreign country. These fees are not included in the price of the item or the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
I ship packages out as quickly as possible, but I cannot guarantee arrival of packages by a certain date (by a holiday, for example). Packages marked as "delivered" in their tracking will be considered so. If you were tracking a package that is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and/or speak to your delivering postal worker to track down the package. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. I am not responsible for stolen packages.
If your package is still in transit (has not been marked "delivered") but seems to be caught up somewhere, I will be happy to help with tracking or to answer questions.
